Websites made easy, at a fixed price

One to three weeks from our first coffee, for most websites.

Roughly: we meet and talk, you get a design to look at within the first week, then a working site you can click through. When you’re happy, it goes live.

The part that decides the pace is content: your text, your photos, your menu. If those are ready when we start, a week is doable. If they’re not, we’ll help, and it takes a little longer. Nobody gets rushed.

Here, a website costs €500, €750 or €1,000: one payment, agreed before anything starts.

Elsewhere in Malta the honest answer is “it depends”, because most studios quote per project. A traditional agency here typically lands between €3,000 and €8,000. Freelancers range from €500 to €2,500, usually without a clear scope. Nobody publishes numbers, which is exactly why the question keeps getting asked.

We publish ours, and the price depends on what the website needs to do rather than how many pages it has.

Starter, €500: a custom design, set up to be found on Google, with a contact form and WhatsApp. This is the landing page or one-pager with one clear thing you want people to do.

Business, €750: everything in Starter, plus a built-in editor so you can change the words and photos yourself, and a blog or news section. This is for sites you update often.

Custom, €1,000: everything in Business, plus customer logins, a portal where they see their own bookings, orders and messages, booking or online ordering, a product catalogue with live search, and links to whatever systems you already use. This is for webshops, member sites and platforms.

If your project genuinely doesn’t fit inside Custom, you get a fixed quote before we start, not an hourly meter.

No catch, but here’s the honest arithmetic.

Your monthly fee covers your own domain and hosting, the maintenance that keeps them healthy (SSL certificate, daily backups, security updates, uptime monitoring) and quick fixes when you need one. A Starter or Business site is static files, which cost almost nothing to host; that’s the whole reason €15 is possible at all.

The plans differ by what your website has, not by how much help you get, and each one adds to the one before it. Care at €15 is your domain, hosting, maintenance and quick fixes. Care Plus at €30 adds email at your own domain, so you write to customers from you@yourbusiness.com instead of a Gmail address, with extra addresses like info@ and bookings@. Care Custom is €50 to €100 and adds a database, for a site that stores real things: bookings, orders, logins, a listing people can search. That one is a range because it depends on what your site runs; you get the exact number in your quote.

The plans line up with the websites. A Starter or Business site runs on Care, or Care Plus if you want the email address. A Custom build needs Care Custom, because logins and orders have to live somewhere.

Support is the same on all three. Message me and it gets sorted, quickly, whichever plan you’re on. You’re not paying for a support tier, you’re paying for what your website actually needs.

What the fee does not cover is new work: extra pages, new features, a redesign. Those are quoted upfront as a fixed price, so you always know the number before you say yes.

Then you get your money back. That’s the whole guarantee.

If the website isn’t what you wanted and we can’t put it right, say so and you’re refunded. No arguing about how many hours went in, no “but you approved the design”. If you’re not happy with what you ended up with, you shouldn’t be paying for it.

Once it’s live, it’s live, and the guarantee no longer applies. But don’t worry: we don’t press the live button without your OK first.

It’s worth saying why this exists. You’re being asked to pay a few hundred euro upfront to someone you found on Google, for something you can’t see yet. The guarantee is how that stops being a risk you carry alone.

You cancel, and you keep your domain. That’s it.

There’s no contract term and no exit fee. Give us a month’s notice, we transfer the domain to whatever registrar you like, and we hand over your content. If you want the site files themselves to host elsewhere, you get those too.

Be ready for what leaving involves. You’ll need somewhere to host the site, the database migrated if your site runs on one, and email at your domain set up again wherever you go, plus the certificates, backups and updates the monthly fee quietly covers. None of it is impossible. It’s just yours to run from then on.

A care plan you can leave any month has to stay worth paying for every month. That’s the point.
